A little rider takes the lead in ‘Toy Trumpet’, a humorous Christmas card featuring Norman Thelwell’s classic pony artwork. Blowing a colourful toy trumpet, the child gallops through the snow on a round little pony, with hounds following and the hunt looking on.

A lovely festive choice for riders, pony owners and fans of Thelwell’s countryside cartoons, this playful winter scene brings a smile to Christmas greetings.

In the same size and style as our other Thelwell Christmas cards, printed on premium card stock and supplied with an envelope. Printed in the UK.

With his round ponies and wonderfully determined young riders, Norman Thelwell found humour in the everyday adventures of equestrian life. ‘Toy Trumpet’ captures that playful spirit, giving the smallest rider a starring role in a snowy countryside scene.
