Great British Birds by Dick Twinney

A colourful mix of blue, yellow, white and green makes the blue tit one of our most attractive and most recognisable garden visitors. In winter, family flocks join up with other tits as they search for food. A garden with four or five blue tits at a feeder at any one time may be feeding 20 or more.

Blue Tit, bird themed greeting card by Dick Twinney. A5 sized card, blank on the inside for all occasions with FSC envelope included. On the reverse of each card we have included a quote relating to the species featured. Can be used as Birthday Card, Sympathy Card, Fathers Day Card, Mothers Day Card, Valentines Card, Thank You Card and for general letter writing for any nature and bird lover.

Printed on silk, heavyweight, sustainable and carbon captured greeting card stock to help preserve the planet.

Dick Twinney’s highly realistic and traditional artwork has gained international recognition making him one of Cornwall’s best known and loved artists. Over the years Twinney has provided illustrations for over 25 books which have sold worldwide. His wildlife art has featured on many series of collectors plates, greetings cards, giftware, limited edition fine art prints and his original paintings are in collections worldwide.

Refusing to follow any trends in art or turn to a more contemporary way of painting, Twinney continues to paint in the traditional style of the artists he grew up with especially Archibald Thorburn and Charles Tunnicliffe, whose work he has emulated and been inspired by since childhood.

We are doing our bit to help the environment. All of our cards are printed locally on carbon captured sustainable card stock and carry the Woodland Carbon logo. Envelopes are made from recycled paper sources and we are endeavouring to replace all cellophane wraps with biodegradable packaging by 2022. All newly printed cards are being packed in Nativa wraps which are fully biodegradeable. As a business we always try to up-cycle and recycle cardboard packaging, that can not be up-cycled is shredded for animal bedding and then enters a composting system.
